I liked the fact that it had a bus that took us for free at Port Aventura every morning and back to the hotel, every evening.

First of all, i did not like the fact that in the first 4 day we did not have shower gel or shampoo, even though it was a 4 star hotel. even more, they never even once put new soaps, so in the last day we almost did not have anything to wash our hands with. the towels weren't very and the cleaning service was not satisfactory at all. the food wasn't all that good and the staff barely spoke english. it was pretty far from port aventura if you wanted to walk and if you missed the 7 p.m returning bus, you could only take a taxi back to the hotel, as there was no public transportation. the cab fare was of about 10 euro.

Very near Reus Airport when we landed late in the evening. Very friendly welcome and a lovely breakfast. A great stop for an overnight on our way to Cambrills.

There was a charge for parking in hotel which was not explained on arrival

Air conditioning system did no work and hotel rooms were too hot.

I liked the proximity to the airport and the underground parking facility.

We had a horrible experience where our room was concerned. The air conditioning didn't work. When I called the concierge it took them nearly an hour to send the maintenance man to come up. He couldn't fix it so we had to change rooms. However, when we packed and moved to the other room, the air conditioning didn't function well either. By then, we just gave up as we were only staying one night. It was very uncomfortable especially since it's the height of summer in Spain.

Just passing through for 1 night but we had a lovely family room at a great price and cot requirements were in place when we arrived. Nice kitchenette too for those staying longer.

The room was very very good, for sure for the price we paid. It is a big "business like" with all comforts. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful friendly staff, lovely pool spa area. Rooms very clean and excellent breakfast choices.

Staff frinedly

I based my decision from reviews on Booked.net which made the hotel sound really great. Very wrong as it was far from beach if you do not drive. Nothing to do in the evening. No hotel entertainment for adults or children. No green area to relax in if you have a 1 year old that is not near a pool for him to fall into. The gym was 2 items of machinery (that is not a gym - people have more items in their house. Definately not value for money too much on cabs, other english holiday makers in the same hotel felt the same.

La proximidad con distintas playas.

Es la tercera vez que voy a este hotel y seguro que volveré mas veces. Su calidad/ precio es estupenda, la comida muy buena, el spa no es muy grande pero esta genial.Es un hotel tranquilo y a un paso de Reus, Tarragona y Salou. No se puede pedir mas.

moquette negli appartamenti, purtroppo vecchihi e parzialmente macchiati. Difficile da tenere puliti. Doppi vetri con spessore non sufficiente per gaarantire silenzio.

La mala comunicación de la situación del Hotel con lugares de interés.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Hotel facile da raggiungere in auto.

Letto piccolo e scomodo, biancheria vecchia (e bucata). La spa consiste in una sauna minuscola e una piccola piscina.

El desayuno buffet incluido en el precio d ela habitacion es muy bueno.
